In other words, healthcare organizations in the UK can sponsor doctors and nurses without requiring certificates of sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>With regard to Tier 2 migrants with over 10 percent of shares in their sponsors, the limit now includes both direct and indirect shares.<\/li>\n<li>Last but not least, changes have also been made to the evidential requirements for Tier 2 holders applying for UK settlement in the UK.
