In England and Wales, you can file a divorce if the following unfortunate events have occurred:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adultery<\/li>\n<li>Unreasonable Behavior<\/li>\n<li>Separation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another condition to file a divorce is, you must be married for more than ONE YEAR<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>The Step Divorce: <\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><b>File A Divorce Petition:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an application to the court for a divorce permission. You must provide details about how the relationship is not working and why you want it to be over.
