By describing why you should be allowed to remain in the UK, you may challenge their decision. Your letter will inform you how you can question the decision.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Step 2: <\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In response, a letter with information indicating how to leave the UK would be sent to you by the Home Office. It will say whether you\u2019re eligible to appeal the decision or not.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re eligible to appeal the decision, you need to hire a legal specialist immigration adviser to look at the case and see if an appeal would work.
