This could be a highly prestigious award that you\u2019ve received or been nominated for, or it can be an endorsement from your previous organization\/employer highlighting how your talent and skills stand out.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Applying for UK Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The application process for the visa is a 2-stage process.<\/p>\n<p>In the first stage, after you\u2019ve collected enough in evidence to make a strong case for your eligibility, you\u2019ll apply for endorsement from the Home Office.<\/p>\n<p>You can do that\u00a0by clicking on this <u>link<\/u><a href=\"https:\/\/visas-immigration.service.gov.uk\/product\/tier-1-exceptional-talent-endorsement\"><u><\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re a digital technology specialist, in addition to applying for the Home Office endorsement, you\u2019ll also need to apply for a <u>Tech Nation Visa Scheme endorsement<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>The endorsement process usually takes 8 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-634\" src=\"https:\/\/wembleysolicitors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Picture15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wembleysolicitors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Picture15.png 650w, https:\/\/wembleysolicitors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Picture15-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/wembleysolicitors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Picture15-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve been endorsed, you can then move to stage 2 and apply for the visa. You must submit your visa application within 3 months of receiving the endorsement letter from the Home Office.
