What is a UK Fiance Visa?
A UK Fiance Visa allows the fiancé, fiancée, or proposed civil partner of a British citizen or settled person to enter the UK for up to 6 months, during which they must marry or enter a civil partnership. Once married, the applicant can switch to a Spouse Visa without leaving the UK.
